[git] cvs2git and dump file

All,

I am using a cvs2git command using --blob=filename --dump=filename

I see the blob file getting created and not the dump file. This is a
pretty large cvs repo.

When I run the same command on a smaller part of the repo, the dump
and blob file does get created.

Any idea if this is an error? If so, what is the issue?
